DR6 (also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, member 21, TNFRSF21) is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor interacts with TRADD to mediate signal transduction of TNF receptors. It may activate NF?B (NF?B p50 and NF?B p65) and MAPK8/JNK and induce apoptosis.
