for HNF-3b / FOXA2 antibody (pAb)References

HNF-3? / FOXA2 antibody (pAb) tested by Western blot.
Extract of HeLa cells expressing HNF-3? / FOXA2 (50 µg per lane) probed with HNF-3? / FOXA2 antibody (pAb) (1:5,000 dilution).
HNF-3? (Hepatocyte nuclear factor 3 beta, forkhead box A2, FoxA2) is a homeodomain containing transcription factor and is a member of the Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor family (HNF-1?, HNF-1?, HNF-3?, HNF-3?, HNF-3?, HNF-4?, HNF-4?, HNF-6? and HNF-6?), whose members regulate the transcription of numerous hepatocyte genes in adult liver. HNF-3 members bind to DNA as monomers using a winged helix DNA-binding domain. HNF-3? and HNF-3? have also been shown to be involved in gastrulation events such as body axis formation.
for HNF-3b / FOXA2 antibody (pAb)Positive Control
Active Motif's HeLa nuclear extract (Catalog No. 36010) can be used as a positive control for HNF-3? / FOXA2 antibody.
Some products may be shipped at room temperature. This will not affect their stability or performance. Upon receipt, unconjugated antibodies may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 years. Fluorophore- & enzyme-conjugated antibodies should be stored at 4°C. Fluorophore-conjugated antibodies should be protected from light. Keep reagents on ice when not in storage; to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, we recommend aliquoting items that will be stored frozen into single-use fractions prior to freezing.
