for Aiolos antibody (pAb)Application Notes

Validated Applications:
WB: 1:500 dilution

The protein migrates around 70 kDa, and multiple isoforms may be detected due to alternative splicing as seen in the example Western blot image.

for Aiolos antibody (pAb)Immunogen

This Aiolos antibody was raised against a recombinant GST-Tagged protein corresponding to the C-terminal half of mouse Aiolos.

for Aiolos antibody (pAb)Buffer

Rabbit antisera with 30% glycerol containing 0.035% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.

for Aiolos antibody (pAb)References

Aiolos antibody (pAb) tested by Western blot.

Aiolos pAb tested by Western blot.
Detection of Aiolos by Western blot analysis. Aiolos was detected using a 1:1,000 dilution of Aiolos pAb with 20 µg mouse spleen tissue extract.

for Aiolos antibody (pAb)Background

Aiolos transcription factor is a member of the Ikaros family of zinc-finger proteins. Aiolos is a hemopoietic-specific transcription factor that regulates B lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation. It can also participate in chromatin remodeling.

for Aiolos antibody (pAb)Storage

Some products may be shipped at room temperature. This will not affect their stability or performance. Upon receipt, unconjugated antibodies may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 years. Fluorophore- & enzyme-conjugated antibodies should be stored at 4°C. Fluorophore-conjugated antibodies should be protected from light. Keep reagents on ice when not in storage; to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, we recommend aliquoting items that will be stored frozen into single-use fractions prior to freezing.

for Aiolos antibody (pAb)Guarantee

This product is guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt.

This product is for research use only and is not for use in diagnostic procedures.
