for Jhd2 antibody (pAb)Immunogen
This Jhd2 antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of Jhd2 from S. cerevisiae.
for Jhd2 antibody (pAb)Buffer
Purified IgG in 70 mM Tris (pH 8), 105 mM NaCl, 31 mM glycine, 0.07 mM EDTA, 30% glycerol, 0.7 mg/ml BSA and 0.035% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
for Jhd2 antibody (pAb)References

Jhd2 pAb tested by Western blot.
S. cerevesiae extracts probed with Jhd2 pAb (1:1,000 dilution).
Lane 1: wild type strain.
Lane 2: Jhd2 knockout strain.
Jhd2 is a JmjC domain family histone demethylase specific for H3K4 (lysine at position 4 of the histone H3 protein). It removes methyl groups specifically added by Set1p methyltransferase.
for Jhd2 antibody (pAb)Positive Control
Whole-cell extracts from yeast can be used as positive control for Jhd2 antibody.
Some products may be shipped at room temperature. This will not affect their stability or performance. Upon receipt, unconjugated antibodies may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 years. Fluorophore- & enzyme-conjugated antibodies should be stored at 4°C. Fluorophore-conjugated antibodies should be protected from light. Keep reagents on ice when not in storage; to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, we recommend aliquoting items that will be stored frozen into single-use fractions prior to freezing.
