Agarose, LMP, Preparative Grade for Large Fragments (>1,000bp), is a premium agarose used for isolating DNA fragments larger than 1,000bp. Each lot is tested and certified for the following applications: 1) restriction digestion, 2) ligation and transformation, and 3) random prime labeling. LMP = low melting point (i.e., =65 degrees C).
