As we approach the Christmas & New Year period, we’d like to notify you of our final date for receiving routine orders to facilitate delivery before the Christmas break as Friday 15th December 2023.
The MyBio Team would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and continued support. We look forward to meeting you again in 2024.
Recombinant full-length human AMPK (combination of A2/B1/G2 subunits) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using the N-terminal GST and C-terminal His tags. AMPK (A2/B1/G2) is a member of the AMPK family which are heterotrimeric proteins consisting of an alpha catalytic subunit, and non-catalytic beta and gamma subunits. ADP-Glo Kinase Assay is a luminescent kinase assay that measures ADP formed from a kinase reaction; ADP is converted into ATP, which is a substrate in a reaction catalyzed by Ultra-Glo Luciferase that produces light. The luminescent signal positively correlates with ADP amount and kinase activity. The assay is well suited for measuring the effects chemical compounds have on the activity of a broad range of purified kinases, making it ideal for both primary screening as well as kinase selectivity profiling. The ADP-Glo Kinase Assay can be used to monitor the activity of virtually any ADP-generating enzyme (e.g., kinase or ATPase) using up to 1mM ATP.
