Bridging Antibody for Mouse IgG

Some antibody do not bind well to the protein G-conjugated agarose/magnetic beads used in standard immunoprecipitation and chromatin immunoprecipitation experiments. This can be improved by the inclusion of an anti-mouse IgG bridging antibody, which binds with a strong affinity to both the protein G beads and the mouse primary antibody. By increasing the affinity of the mouse primary antibody for the protein G bead, Active Motif' Bridging Antibody for Mouse IgG helps improve the results of all ChIP and IP experiments that use mouse primary antibody. Bridging Antibody for Mouse IgG was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation and Immunoprecipitation; it has been shown to react with Mouse samples.
