The PowerPlex(R) Matrix Standards, 310, and 4C Matrix Standard allow the PowerPlex(R) 16/16 HS/S5/CS7/16 and ES Monoplex, MSI Analysis and GenePrint(R) 10 Systems to be analyzed on the ABI PRISM(R) 310 Genetic Analyzer or ABI PRISM(R) 377 DNA Sequencer (Cat.# DG4640) and the ABI PRISM(R) 3100 and 3100-Avant or Applied Biosystems(R) 3130, 3130xl, 3500 and 3500xL Genetic Analyzers. The PowerPlex(R) 4-Dye Matrix Standards contain matrix fragments labeled with four fluorescent dyes: Fluorescein, JOE, TMR and CXR. The PowerPlex(R) 5C Matrix Standards, 310, and 5C Matrix Standard allow the PowerPlex(R) ESX, ESI, 18D, 21, Y23, and Fusion systems to be analyzed on the ABI PRISM(R) 310 Genetic Analyzer (Cat.# DG5640) and ABI PRISM(R) 3100 and 3100-Avant or Applied Biosystems(R) 3130, 3130xl, 3500 and 3500xL Genetic Analyzers. The PowerPlex(R) 5C Matrix Standards (Cat.# DG5640 and DG4850) contain matrix fragments labeled with five fluorescent dyes: Fluorescein, JOE, TMR-ET, CXR-ET and WEN. The PowerPlex(R) 6C Matrix Standard allow the PowerPlex(R) Fusion 6C System to be analyzed on the Applied Biosystems(R) 3130, 3130xl, 3500 and 3500xL Genetic Analyzers. The PowerPlex(R) 6C Matrix Standard consists of DNA fragments labeled with six different fluorescent dyes in one tube: FL-6C, JOE-6C, TMR-6C, CXR-6C, TOM-6C and WEN. The spectral calibration is performed using the J6 dye set.
