  • The NanoBRET™ PPI Control Pair (p53, MDM2) is an optimized pair of vectors designed to measure the interaction of protein partners p53 and MDM2 using the NanoBRET™ assay. The p53, MDM2 assay gives a strong NanoBRET™ signal and can be used when performing instrument setup or included as a reference control pair when performing other NanoBRET™ PPI assays.

    The p53-HaloTag® Fusion Vector contains the following key features:

    • p53-HaloTag® fusion gene.
    • Kanamycin resistance gene for selection in bacteria.
    • A CMV promoter for high-level expression of the p53-HaloTag® fusion in mammalian cells.

    The NanoLuc®-MDM2 Fusion Vector contains the following key features:

    • NanoLuc®-MDM2 fusion gene.
    • Kanamycin resistance gene for selection in bacteria.
    • A CMV promoter for high-level expression of the NanoLuc®-MDM2 fusion in mammalian cells.
