Human Genomic DNA is purified and stored in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 1mM EDTA; greater than 90% of the DNA is longer than 50kb in size as measured by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. The DNA is suitable for Southern blot hybridizations, genomic analysis (including PCR) and genomic library construction. Human Genomic DNA comes from multiple anonymous donors.
