Protein Details
Recombinant HIPK3 (163-562) protein that includes amino acids 163-562 of human HIPK3 protein (accession number NP_005725.3) was expressed in a baculovirus expression system, and contains an N-terminal FLAG tag. The molecular weight of the protein is 46.6 kDa.
