Whether you're performing bisulfite sequencing, methylation-specific PCR (MSP), MeDIP or using our MethylCollector Ultra or MethylDetector Kits, Fully Methylated Jurkat DNA is a convenient positive control for investigating CpG dinucleotide methylation. Fully Methylated Jurkat DNA is supplied with a BRCA1 primer set. As native Jurkat DNA is not methylated at the BRCA1 locus, this primer set is ideal for use as a control in methylation-specific experiments with Fully Methylated Jurkat DNA.
