Using Active Motif's fast, magnetic bead-based protocol, it is easy to isolate and concentrate cell-free DNA from fresh or frozen samples. The Cell-Free DNA Purification Kit can be used with fresh and frozen samples. You can process input volumes from 100 ul to 10 ml.
