Nextera™-Compatible Multiplex Primers (96 plex)

This pack of Nextera™-Compatible Multiplex Primers enables multiplexing of up to 96 samples with our ATAC-Seq and CUT&Tag-IT™ Assay Kits. These Primers are provided at a 25 µM concentration to be used directly with the ATAC-Seq and CUT&Tag-IT Assay Kits. Samples generated by these Kits are compatible with Illumina® Sequencing platforms.

This 96 plex includes:

Eight i7 Index Primers
Twelve i5 Index Primers

Four i7 Indexed Primers (Primers 1 through 4) and Four i5 Indexed Primers (Primers 1 through 4) in the Nextera™-compatible Multiplex Primers (96 plex) set are the same as the Indexed Primers in the ATAC-Seq (Cat. No. 53150) and CUT&Tag-IT Assay Kits (Cat. Nos. 53160 and 53165), provided in larger volumes.
