BML-210

Active Motif's BML-210 is a novel, non-hydroxamic histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor (IC50 = 5-10 M) (HeLa nuclear extract). It induces growth inhibition, proapoptotic and differentiation effects on human leukemia cell lines.
