BML-278

Active Motif's BML-278 is a Sirtuin activator. It is a structurally novel activator of SIRT1 (EC150 = 1 M) that displays selectivity over SIRT2 and SIRT3 (EC150= 25 M and 50 M respectively). It is cell permeable.
