Garcinol

Active Motif's Garcinol is a potent inhibitor of histone acetyltransferases p300 (IC50 = 7 M) and pCAF (IC50 = 5 M). It induces apoptosis in various cell lines and promotes expansion of human hematopoietic stem cells. It is cell permeable.
