TE, pH 8.0

Active Motif’s TE, pH 8.0 is a commonly used buffer solution in molecular biology. TE buffer can be used for a variety of applications including solubility of DNA or RNA solutions. TE buffer is also used to wash Protein G agarose beads prior to use in immunoprecipitation. TE buffer is 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0 and is provided ready to use.
