Trichostatin A

Active Motif's Trichostatin A is a potent and selective histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor (Ki = 3.4 nM). It induces reversion of ras-transformed cells to normal morphology and induces dedifferentiation of primordial germ cells into embryonic germ cells. It is cell permeable, and is active in vivo.
