Active Motif's LexA DNA-binding Domain antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation and Western blot; it has been shown to react with Budding Yeast samples, but the sequence is not species specific so it should react with a wide range of sample types.
