Recombinant PRMT3 protein

Recombinant PRMT3 (accession number NP_005779.1) was expressed in Sf9 cells and contains an N-terminal FLAG tag with an observed molecular weight of 61.5 kDa. PRMT3 (protein arginine N-methyltransferase 3) is a member of the protein arginine N-methyltransferase (PRMT) family that is capable of monomethylating and asymmetrically dimethylating arginine residues of histone H4 (H4R3). PRMT3 has been shown to interact with RPS2.
